Catering & Events

A Feast
Worth Feeling

We don’t believe in meals that just fill you up. We believe in food that stirs something—memory, joy, comfort, maybe even a little nostalgia. Our menus are built with hands that remember, flavors that celebrate, and spices that speak your language.

Our catering services are designed for the way we love to host: pop-up dining experiences that happen from time to time, and drop-off service for small, intimate gatherings.

Whether it’s a cozy dinner at home a celebration for fifty, or a corporate lunch, our approach stays the same: every dish is rooted in culture, layered with intention, and styled like it matters—because it does. We cook to connect. We plate to honor.”

Rice & Peas

Long-grain rice simmered with red kidney beans, coconut milk, thyme, and scallion. The side dish that makes the meal sing.

Callaloo

Leafy greens sautéed with garlic, onion, and thyme. Similar to spinach, but deeper—earthy, iron-rich, and rooted in tradition.

Festival

Slightly sweet, fried cornmeal dumplings. Lightly crisp outside, soft inside—often served with jerk or fried fish.

Curry Goat

Tender goat meat slow-cooked in Jamaican curry and spices. A special-occasion classic that’s bold, rich, and unforgettable.

Ackee & Saltfish

Jamaica’s national dish. Creamy ackee (a fruit) cooked with salted cod, onions, peppers, and Scotch bonnet. Usually served for breakfast, always full of pride.

Jerk Chicken

Chicken marinated in a fiery blend of pimento, thyme, and Scotch bonnet, then grilled low and slow. Smoky, spicy, and pure island flavor.
